The heart of Eagle Rock now has 15 new contemporary “smart” homes. This half acre site was conceived to be a new “small neighborhood” itself while being walking distance to Starbucks and other very desirable amenities close by.

Embracing the City of Los Angeles’ Small Lot Subdivision Ordinance, GIBBS Architects designed this ½ acre 15 unit development while GIBBS Architects’ sister development company, AAREI, acquired, entitled, and sold the “ready to build” project to its new partner, Planet Home Living.

The project consists of 3 bedroom 3 bath homes ranging in size from 1500 square feet to 1750 square feet which sold out in 2 weeks.
