York Boulevard, one of Los Angeles’ hottest rejuvenating streets, in Eagle Rock, one of the country’s hottest regentrifying neighborhoods, will soon be home to 16 stunning new contemporary Live Work units. GIBBS Architects, again using the tools made available by the City of Los Angeles and its Small Lot Subdivision Ordinance, has created a project that is a small mews neighborhood by itself, in spite of being surrounded by so much new energy on York in Eagle Rock.
